Companies on the 2025 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2021 to 2024. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2021. The minimum revenue required for 2021 is $100,000; the minimum for 2024 is $2 million.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – December 16, 2024 – Dealers Wholesale, a leading distributor and installer of doors, hardware, access control, and fireplaces for residential and commercial markets, has acquired Palatine Builders Supply (PBS), a Wood Dale, Illinois-based distributor of doors, frames, and hardware. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1987, PBS serves the Chicago area with hollow metal doors, wood doors, galvanized frames, door hardware, and bathroom accessories, supported by in-house fabrication services, including welding and assembly. The company is recognized for its quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and quick turnarounds.

 This acquisition strengthens Dealers Wholesale’s Midwest presence and builds on its 2021 acquisition of ClearPath Connections, a provider of security and life safety technologies. Together, Dealers Wholesale, ClearPath, and PBS form a comprehensive portfolio, leveraging synergies to deliver expanded product offerings, including retrofit solutions, fabrication expertise, and advanced technology-driven systems.

For the first time Dealers Wholesale participated in the Suburban Indy Spring Home & Outdoor Living Show which took place in the Grand Park Events Center in Westfield, IN last weekend. Suburban Indy Shows is owned by local entrepreneur Donell Heberer Walton. The shows featured over 200 exhibitors with a goal to help local residents find the ideas and help they need to improve their home & outdoor living spaces by connecting them to local experts and businesses.
